  • Attentive and friendly staff — Guests consistently praise the reception team, from check-in to small touches like fruit and water in the room.

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Central location can mean street noise — While rooms are soundproofed, the vibrant surroundings may still let some noise in through windows, especially if you're out late.
  • No pets allowed — If you're travelling with an animal, this hotel isn't an option.
  • Check-out is relatively early — You'll need to be out by 12:00, which is standard but may feel rushed if you're planning a lazy morning.
  • Price may be higher than the area average — Starting at £112 per night, this is a mid-range price for a 4-star central hotel; the location and services justify it, but budget travellers may find cheaper nearby.

“Location of the hotel is fantastic, right behind the Granda Town Hall. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive. We were surprised, we arrived at the room, some attentions with fruit and water. Detail! Besides, in the surroundings of the hotel there are several good places to have lunch and/or dinner and to have breakfast. As we are right in the centre there are many options.”
